Lacto-Ovo What

I decided to get schooled this morning, on accident. I was googling (for love of google, please read previous post) vegetarian salad dressings. While I did find what appears to be a pretty decent Caesar substitute (testing commences this evening), I found wikipedia. Yes, I know it’s not a ‘reliable’ source, however, it does have some very interesting information about vegetarianism. Origin, method, and varieties of this lifestyle are listed and I discovered that I’m a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Uh, who knew? With a list of resources nearly 200 long, I think this article would be awesome for anyone wishing to know just enough about vegetarianism. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegetarianism

P.S. Honey as an animal food? There’s enough info to support the fact that it’s a SUPERFOOD, however, the fact that honeybees can be treated as unethically as pigs or cows supports the fact that informed food choices are important. http://www.justmeans.com/Green-Living-How-Save-Bees/47066.html
