It came to me in a dream…
Ok, not really but it looks amazing doesn’t it?
100% raw brownie sundae. Jon’s verdict, “Mmmgggfffhhh. Tsssggghhhfffff.”
Coco-walnut fudgy brownie, topped with banana coconut and rum raisin ice cream, topped with raw chocolate sauce and a fresh Rainier cherry. :) Life IS sweet.
In addition to sweet, did I mention one brownie contains 50% of your recommended daily intake (RDI) for Manganese, or that they have almost 4g of fiber, and they have less calories than 1 Pillsbury brownie? Oh…well I should mention those things. I should also mention that you can’t taste the dates…at all. And that 1 Pillsbury brownie is 1/20th of the prepared recipe…just thought you should know before you go to the store tomorrow.
Oh, one more thing, when you do make these tomorrow, do 1/2 batch at a time in the blender (if that’s your method). I almost put mine in a coma, and it has as much horsepower as a Honda outboard motor.
The only recipe I have yet to provide is the raw chocolate sauce…which I have found a gazillion uses for!
Raw Chocolate Sauce
2 T cacao powder
1 T coconut oil (melted)
1 T agave
2 tsp honey
