Green Smoothie Recipes

You may think it’s weird to have cilantro in a smoothie, but it’s awesome! You really cannot go wrong making a smoothie. There’s no need for additional sweeteners or thickeners like yogurt. Take your smoothie base, add some greens and protein and go from there. Start shopping with your eyes and your senses. I have used radish greens in our smoothies before since they just looked so amazing and healthy. Trust your instincts when you’re in the produce section. Grab some of your old favorites like apples, bananas and oranges and see what happens.

See you on the other side!
