Easy Nut Crust


  • 1 1/2 cups almond meal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 T honey
  • 3 T coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Optional: cinnamon, peanut butter, or other variances depending on filling


  1. Rub coconut oil generously on a pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and gently press into the pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes if par-baking it. Max bake time is 20-25 minutes.
